If you are traveling by car, start from central Ribatejo. Head towards the A1 motorway and follow signs for A1 Lisbon. Merge onto A1 and continue for about 30 kilometers. Take exit 8 towards Almeirim/Coruche. After exiting, follow signs for N114 towards Coruche. Continue on N114 for approximately 15 kilometers. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto N3 towards Alcaria. Follow N3 for about 10 kilometers until you reach Alcaria. Look for signs to 'Miradouro da Fórnea' as you approach the village, and follow the signs for the final stretch to the Cascata da Fórnea. You should find parking available near the viewing area.

If you prefer public transportation, start by taking a train from Lisbon to Santarém. From Santarém, you can catch a bus to Coruche. The bus service runs regularly but check the local schedule for specific times. Once you arrive in Coruche, you will need to take a taxi or arrange a ride to Alcaria, which is about 10 kilometers away. Confirm the fare with the taxi driver before starting your journey. Once in Alcaria, look for signs leading to 'Miradouro da Fórnea' to reach the Cascata da Fórnea.
