From the center of Sintra, head southeast on Av. Dr. Alfredo da Costa towards R. João de Deus. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach Largo Dom Manuel Primeiro. The Igreja de São Quintino will be on your left. Parking is available nearby but may require a short walk.

Take the bus number 435 from the Sintra train station towards 'Colares'. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 'Largo do Palácio' stop. From there, walk straight down the road for about 5 minutes until you reach Largo Dom Manuel Primeiro. The Igreja de São Quintino will be on your right.

If you are near the Sintra National Palace, walk towards the main road, R. das Padarias. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. Dr. Alfredo da Costa.
