From Setúbal, head to the Setúbal bus terminal (Terminal Rodoviário de Setúbal). Look for buses heading to Lisbon, specifically those that stop at the Sete Rios bus terminal. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Sete Rios, exit the terminal and follow the signs to the Metro station.

At Sete Rios Metro station, take the Blue Line (Linha Azul) towards Santa Apolónia. Travel three stops and get off at the Jardim Zoológico station. From there, transfer to the Amarela Line (Yellow Line) and travel towards Rato. Get off at the Marquês de Pombal station.

At Marquês de Pombal, find the bus stop for buses heading to Monsanto Park. Look for the bus number 742 or 758. These buses will take you directly to the Parque Florestal de Monsanto. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the Parque Florestal de Monsanto bus stop.
