Public Transport - Bus
From Setúbal city center, walk to the Praça do Quebedo bus station. Take the bus number 207 (direction: Sesimbra) which will take you towards Sesimbra. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Praia da Mijona'. From the bus stop, walk approximately 10 minutes following the signs to the beach. You will pass through a small wooded area before reaching the beach.

If you are staying in the central area of Setúbal, you can also walk to Praia da Mijona. Head south towards the waterfront, walk along Avenida Luísa Todi, and continue south until you reach the end of the waterfront promenade. From there, take the path that leads you towards the cliffs and follow the coastal trail. It is a scenic walk that will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace.
