From Setúbal, head to the Setúbal Bus Station (Terminal Rodoviário de Setúbal), which is located near the city center. Once there, look for the bus heading towards Sesimbra, which typically departs every 30 minutes. The bus ride to Sesimbra takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the last stop in Sesimbra, which is close to the beach. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Porto de abrigo de Sesimbra. Head towards the marina, and you will find Vertente Natural at loja 6.

Train and Bus
Start at Setúbal train station and take a train to the nearest station to Sesimbra, which is in the town of Coina (note: there may not be direct trains and you might have to transfer at Barreiro). From Coina, take a local bus towards Sesimbra. Once you arrive in Sesimbra, follow the same directions as above to get to Porto de abrigo de Sesimbra, loja 6.

Walking
If you are already in Sesimbra, walking to Porto de abrigo de Sesimbra is quite easy. Start from the main beach (Praia da Califórnia) and walk towards the marina area. Follow the coastal path, and keep an eye out for signs directing you to the marina. It should take about 15-20 minutes on foot. Once you are at the marina, look for loja 6, where Vertente Natural is located.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Setúbal and take the bike path towards Sesimbra. The route is scenic and follows the coastline, making for a pleasant ride. Once you reach Sesimbra, park your bicycle near the marina and walk to Porto de abrigo de Sesimbra, loja 6. This ride will take approximately 1 hour.
