Walking
If you are in the center of Setúbal, head north towards the Avenida Luísa Todi. Walk along this avenue until you reach the Praça do Brasil. From there, turn left onto the Rua da Prata. Keep walking straight until you reach the Setúbal Train Station. Once you arrive at the train station, you will need to take a train to Lisboa. Trains to Lisbon run frequently, so check the schedule upon arrival. Once you arrive at the Rossio station in Lisbon, exit towards the city center and walk towards the Praça da Figueira. From there, head towards Rua de São Mamede and then turn onto Rua da Conceição. Continue until you reach Largo Santo António da Sé, where the Church of Saint Anthony of Lisbon is located.

Public Transport (Bus)
From Setúbal, go to the main bus terminal located at Terminal Rodoviário de Setúbal. Look for a bus heading to Lisbon; you can take either a Rede Expressos or a Setubalense bus. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Upon arrival at the bus terminal in Lisbon, follow signs to the nearest metro station. You can take the metro from there. Take the Green Line (Linha Verde) towards Cais do Sodré and get off at Rossio station. Exit the station and walk towards Praça da Figueira. From there, head towards Rua de São Mamede and turn onto Rua da Conceição. Continue until you reach Largo Santo António da Sé, where the Church of Saint Anthony of Lisbon is located.
