If you are starting from the Setúbal city center, head to the nearest tram stop. Take Tram 1 towards Praça do Comércio. Once you arrive at Praça do Comércio, transfer to the Metro at Terreiro do Paço station. Take the Green Line towards Cais do Sodré. At Cais do Sodré, change to the Blue Line towards Santa Apolónia. Get off at Martim Moniz station. From the station, it is a short walk to Martim Moniz Square.

From Setúbal, find a bus that goes to Lisbon. The bus terminal is located in the center of Setúbal. Look for the Rede Expressos or the Rodoviária de Lisboa buses that head towards Lisbon. Once you arrive at the Lisbon bus station (Campo Grande or Sete Rios), you can catch the Metro. Take the Yellow Line from Campo Grande towards Rato, and then transfer to the Blue Line towards Santa Apolónia. Get off at Martim Moniz station, and it is a short walk to Martim Moniz Square.

If you are near the waterfront or in a central area of Setúbal, consider walking to the ferry terminal (Cais do Sodré) and taking the ferry to Lisbon. Once you arrive at the ferry terminal in Lisbon, you can walk to Martim Moniz Square. Head northeast on Rua do Cais do Sodré, then turn left onto Rua do Comércio. Continue straight until you reach Praça Martim Moniz.
