Once you arrive in Setúbal, exit the train station and head towards the bus terminal located adjacent to the station. Look for the bus to Sesimbra, which is clearly marked. The bus ride from Setúbal to Sesimbra takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arriving in Sesimbra, walk towards the waterfront and head to Porto de Abrigo, which is located on Av. dos Náufragos. It's about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

From Sintra, you can take the bus to Sesimbra. Head to the Sintra bus terminal, located near the train station. Look for the bus line that goes to Sesimbra, which is usually operated by the transport company 'Scotturb'. The bus ride should take about 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Sesimbra, disembark at the main bus stop and walk towards the waterfront. Porto de Abrigo is located on Av. dos Náufragos, about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
