From the center of Sintra, start at the Sintra Train Station. Exit the station and head towards the main road (Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda). Walk straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Rua da Liberdade. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street, where you will find a bus stop on your right for the bus service to Cascais. Board the bus number 403 or 417, both of which head towards Cascais. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the 'Cascais - Avenida 25 de Abril' stop. From there, continue walking straight until you reach the coast. Turn right onto the coastal road (Avenida Marginal), and follow the signs towards the Duna da Cresmina. The Passadiço da Duna da Cresmina will be in the Quinta da Marinha area, and you should see signs directing you to the entrance.

Begin at the Sintra Train Station. Exit the station and walk towards the nearby bus terminal located next to the station. Look for bus number 403 or 417, which travels to Cascais. Walk towards the coast, then turn right onto Avenida Marginal.
