Getting There

    If you are starting from the Sintra train station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda). Turn left and walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida da Liberdade. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Rua da Príncipe Real. Turn left onto Rua da Príncipe Real and follow it until you reach Praça do Príncipe Real. The garden will be on your right as you enter the square.

    From the Sintra train station, walk to the bus stop located just outside the station. Take bus number 434 towards 'Cabo da Roca'. After about 20 minutes, get off at the 'Praça da Alegria' stop. From there, walk downhill on Rua do Arco do Cego until you reach the intersection with Rua da Príncipe Real. Turn left onto Rua da Príncipe Real and continue walking until you reach Praça do Príncipe Real, where the garden is located.

    If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Sintra. Just tell the driver to take you to 'Praça do Príncipe Real' in Lisbon. The journey will take around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Upon arrival, you will find the garden right in the square.
