Getting There

  • Train

    From Cascais, head to the Cascais train station located in the center of town. Purchase a ticket to Lisbon at the ticket counter or from the ticket machines. Board the train heading to Cais do Sodré. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré station in Lisbon, exit the station and walk towards Rua do Arsenal. Continue straight until you reach Praça do Comércio. From there, walk up Rua Augusta towards Rossio Square. From Rossio, it is a short walk along Avenida da Liberdade to reach the intersection of Av. da Liberdade & Praça dos Restauradores.

  • Bus

    Take the Scotturb bus number 403 from the Cascais bus terminal. This bus will take you directly to Lisbon. After approximately 50 minutes, get off at the last stop, which is at Cais do Sodré. Once you are at Cais do Sodré, head towards Rua do Arsenal and continue walking straight until you reach Praça do Comércio. Walk up Rua Augusta towards Rossio Square. From Rossio Square, walk along Avenida da Liberdade to reach the intersection of Av. da Liberdade & Praça dos Restauradores.

    If you are already in Cascais and prefer to walk, head towards the coastal path that goes along the beach towards Estoril. Follow the path until you reach Estoril train station.
