Walking
If you are starting from the Sintra train station, exit the station and walk towards the main road (Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda). Turn left and continue walking until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto R. da Liberdade. Follow this road until you see the entrance to the Quinta da Regaleira on your right. The Initiation Well is located within the gardens of Quinta da Regaleira.

Public Transport
From the Sintra train station, you can take the Scotturb bus line 435 towards the historic center. Get off at the 'Quinta da Regaleira' stop. After disembarking, walk back a short distance to the entrance of the Quinta da Regaleira. Once you enter, follow the paths within the estate to find the Initiation Well.

Walking from the Historic Center
If you are in the historic center of Sintra, head towards the main road (Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda). Continue walking uphill along R. Barbosa du Bocage. After about a 15-minute walk, you will reach the entrance to Quinta da Regaleira on your left. Enter the estate, and you will find the Initiation Well within the grounds.
