From the center of Viana do Castelo, head south on Rua da Bandeira towards the Praça da República. Continue straight until you reach the Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra. Turn left and follow this avenue until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rua de São Sebastião. Continue on this road, and after approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will see signs for Montaria. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the Santuário de Nossa Senhora do Minho.

From Viana do Castelo's main bus station, take the bus heading to Montaria. Buses are scheduled regularly, and the journey should take about 30 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedules at the station or online. Once you arrive at Montaria, the Santuário de Nossa Senhora do Minho is within walking distance from the bus stop. Just walk straight ahead for about 500 meters, and you will see the sanctuary on your right.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in Viana do Castelo and head towards the south on Rua da Bandeira. Continue to Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra and take the second exit at the roundabout onto Rua de São Sebastião. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you see direction signs for Montaria. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes, and there are bike lanes available for most of the route.
