Walking
If you are in Aguadilla town center, start at the Plaza de Recreo, which is the main square. Head northwest on Calle Córdova towards Calle San José. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle Colón. Turn left onto Calle Colón and walk until you reach the bus stop located near the Aguadilla Cemetery. Here, you can catch a public car (shared taxi) heading towards Isabela. Inform the driver you want to go to Guajataca Lake. The drive will take approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive, the lake is a short walk from the main road.

Public Transportation
From Aguadilla, walk to the nearest public car stop located beside the Aguadilla Cemetery. Board a public car heading towards Isabela. After about 15 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at Guajataca Lake. The lake is approximately a 5-minute walk from where the public car drops you off. Look for signs directing you to the lake entrance.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Aguadilla. Start your journey from the town center towards Route 2 (Carretera #2). Follow Route 2 towards the direction of Isabela. After approximately 4 miles, you will see signs for Guajataca Lake. Turn right onto PR-446 and continue for about 2 miles until you reach the lake. The ride is scenic and should take around 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.
