If you are in the central area of Arecibo, start at Plaza de Recreo Luis Palés Matos, which is a popular gathering spot. From there, head northwest on Calle Degetau towards Calle San Luis. Turn left onto Calle San Luis and walk until you reach the intersection with Avenida Los Gobernadores. Cross the street and continue straight on Avenida Los Gobernadores. You will pass by various shops and eateries. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Carr. 681. Turn right onto Carr. 681, which will lead you towards the coast. After about a 10-minute walk, you will see signs directing you to La Poza del Obispo. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at your destination.

From the central area of Arecibo, locate the nearest bus stop. Take the public bus that heads towards the coast, specifically towards 'La Poza del Obispo'. The bus fare is usually inexpensive, so have some change ready. Once you board, inform the driver that you want to get off at La Poza del Obispo. The bus will take you close to your destination, and you can enjoy a short walk from the bus stop to the beach area.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can start from the center of Arecibo and head towards the coast. Begin at Plaza de Recreo Luis Palés Matos and follow the same route as if you were walking, but on your bike. Ride northwest on Calle Degetau, then turn left onto Calle San Luis. Continue to Avenida Los Gobernadores and then right onto Carr. 681. The bicycle ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on your speed. Follow the signs for La Poza del Obispo, and you will reach the beach.
