Walking
If you are in the central area of Bayamón, start at Plaza del Mercado in Bayamón. Head southwest on Calle San Juan Bautista towards Calle San Antonio. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Avenida de la Constitución. Turn left onto Avenida de la Constitución and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several local shops and cafés along the way. When you reach the intersection with Calle 5 de Abril, turn right. Continue walking straight for another 300 meters until you see signs for 'La Poza de las Mujeres' on your left. Follow the path leading to the beach.

From the Bayamón bus terminal, take the 'Guaynabo' bus route. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the stop closest to Tierras Nuevas Poniente. The bus ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Once you get off the bus, walk southeast along Calle 5 de Abril for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance to La Poza de las Mujeres. Keep an eye out for local signage that indicates the beach entrance.
