If you are in the center of Cabo Rojo, start at Plaza de Recreo José A. Baralt. Head southwest on Calle José de Diego until you reach Avenida Pedro Albizu Campos. Turn right and walk along Avenida Pedro Albizu Campos for about 0.5 miles, passing several local shops and eateries. Continue straight until you see a small road on your left leading towards the coast. Follow this road until you reach the coastal area. The Túnel Guaniquilla is located near the water, approximately 1 mile from this junction. Look for signs indicating the tunnel and follow the path leading down to the beach area.

Public Transportation
From the Cabo Rojo bus terminal, take a local bus heading towards the Playas de Cabo Rojo. Inform the driver that you want to get off near Túnel Guaniquilla. The bus will drop you off at a stop close to the coast. Once you get off, walk towards the beach and turn left.
