If you're starting from the Fajardo Ferry Terminal, exit the terminal and head east toward the main road (PR-3). Turn left onto PR-3 and walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Avenue 65 de Infantería. Continue walking straight until you see the sign for East Coast Water Taxi on your right. It's located at 998G+638, which is a short walk past several restaurants and shops.

Catch the public bus from any of the nearby stops in Fajardo. Make sure to board a bus heading towards the Fajardo Ferry Terminal. Once you arrive at the Ferry Terminal, exit and follow the instructions for walking from the Ferry Terminal to East Coast Water Taxi (as described above). The bus ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
