From the center of Caguas, walk to the nearest bus stop on Calle Degetau. Take the bus number 1 towards San Juan. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the Plaza Las Américas stop in San Juan. From there, transfer to the bus number 24 that heads towards Fajardo. Stay on the bus for about an hour until you reach the Fajardo terminal. Once you arrive at the terminal, you can take a taxi or a local ride-sharing service to Marina Puerto Del Rey. It should be a short drive (approximately 10-15 minutes) from the terminal.
