If you're driving from the main areas of Caribbean National Forest, take Route 191 south towards Fajardo. Continue on Route 3 east until you reach the intersection with Route 60. Take Route 60 towards Humacao. Follow the signs for Humacao and then take Route 928. Continue straight until you reach Park Entrance Road. Turn left onto Park Entrance Road and follow it to the entrance of Humacao Nature Preserve at 562H+753.
