Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Charlotte Amalie, which typically operates several times a day. The ferry ride takes about 1 hour. Upon arrival at the Charlotte Amalie Ferry Terminal, you will be in the heart of the city.

Once you disembark from the ferry at Charlotte Amalie, exit the terminal and head west on the waterfront road. Walk along the main street, Norre Gade, which is only a short distance from the ferry terminal. Continue walking straight for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the Franklin D.
