Once you reach the terminal area, look for signs directing you to Culebra's main attractions. Continue walking until you find a local bus or shared taxi that heads to Fajardo. In Fajardo, you will need to transfer to a bus heading to Luquillo. Make sure to ask the driver to let you off near Antigua PR-193 as that is where Luquillo Flyboard is located.
