Walking
If you are staying in Culebra town, start by heading towards the main road, PR-251. Walk east towards the ferry terminal. Once you reach the terminal area, look for signs directing you to Culebra's main attractions. Continue walking until you find a local bus or shared taxi that heads to Fajardo. In Fajardo, you will need to transfer to a bus heading to Luquillo. Make sure to ask the driver to let you off near Antigua PR-193 as that is where Luquillo Flyboard is located.

From Culebra, take a local bus or a shared taxi to the ferry terminal. Once you're at the terminal, board a ferry to Fajardo. When you arrive in Fajardo, look for the public bus system (the 'Guaguas') or a shared taxi that goes to Luquillo. Make sure to tell the driver to drop you off at Antigua PR-193. From there, Luquillo Flyboard is a short walk away.

From your accommodation in Culebra, find a shared taxi service that can take you directly to the ferry terminal. Once you arrive at the terminal, take the ferry to Fajardo. After arriving in Fajardo, look for a shared taxi or bus that will take you to Luquillo. Ask the driver to drop you off at Antigua PR-193, where Luquillo Flyboard is located. It's advisable to confirm the location with the driver before you depart.
