If you're in Culebra, head towards the main ferry terminal located in Dewey. From there, take a ferry to St. Thomas. Once you arrive at the Charlotte Amalie ferry terminal in St. Thomas, exit the terminal and turn left onto the waterfront road. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with Valdemar A. Hill, Sr. Drive. Follow Valdemar A. Hill, Sr. Drive uphill. After about a 10-15 minute walk, you will reach the Scenic Overlook, which offers a breathtaking view of the area.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Culebra. Start at the main ferry terminal in Dewey and take the ferry to St. Thomas. Once you arrive at the Charlotte Amalie ferry terminal, cycle left along the waterfront road. Continue on this road until you reach Valdemar A. Hill, Sr. Drive. Turn onto Valdemar A. Hill, Sr. Drive and pedal uphill for about 10-15 minutes to reach the Scenic Overlook.
