Look for signs that say 'Old San Juan' or ask the driver for confirmation. When you arrive in Old San Juan, exit the bus and follow the signs to 'C. del Morro'. It will be a short walk from the bus stop. You will need to walk towards the coastline, and you should see the iconic El Morro Fortress. Jardín Paseo de Ballajá is located nearby, just a few steps away from El Morro, on C. del Morro.

To reach Jardín Paseo de Ballajá from Dorado, first find your way to a local bus terminal where you can catch a bus to San Juan. Look for the buses labeled 'San Juan' or ask for assistance at the terminal. Once you arrive in San Juan, you can take the public trolley service (the 'Old San Juan Trolley') which is free and runs frequently. Board the trolley and ride it to the stop near El Morro. From there, walk a short distance along the coast, and you will find Jardín Paseo de Ballajá situated on C. del Morro, adjacent to the fortress.
