Getting There

Walking

If you're starting from the Luquillo Beach area, head east along the main road, Route 3. After about 0.5 miles, look for the signs directing you to Playa Azul. As you approach Ocean Drive, you will see the beach access points. Continue towards the beach until you reach Playa Azul, which is well marked and located directly along Ocean Drive.
Public Transportation

From any location in Luquillo, you can catch a public bus (known as 'guaguas') heading towards Fajardo. Ask the driver to let you off at the Playa Azul stop. The bus ride will take around 10 to 15 minutes, and from the bus stop, it's a short 5-minute walk to the beach along Ocean Drive.
Bicycle

If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from the center of Luquillo towards Route 3. Follow Route 3 east until you see the signs for Playa Azul. The ride is approximately 1 mile and takes about 10 minutes. Once you reach Ocean Drive, continue straight until you arrive at Playa Azul.
