From the El Yunque National Forest entrance, drive along PR-191 towards the forest. Follow the signs for El Yunque and continue on PR-191 for about 6 miles until you reach the intersection with PR-988. Turn left onto PR-988. Continue driving for approximately 1.5 miles. Puente Roto will be on the right side of the road, marked by its scenic views and access to trails.

Take a public bus (Route A) from San Juan to the El Yunque National Forest area. Once you reach the El Yunque stop, you can either walk or hire a local taxi to reach Puente Roto. If walking, head towards PR-191 and follow it toward PR-988, which is about a 1.5-mile walk. Upon reaching PR-988, continue walking until you see Puente Roto on your right.
