From the main entrance of El Yunque National Forest, drive along Road 191 until you reach the intersection with Road 9938. Turn left onto Road 9938 and continue until you see signs for La Mina Falls. Park your car in the designated parking area and follow the trail to La Mina Falls. From there, continue on the trail towards La Coca Falls. La Piedra Escrita is located near La Coca Falls.

Take the public bus to El Yunque National Forest and get off at the main entrance. From there, you can either hike along the trails to La Mina Falls and then to La Piedra Escrita, or you can hire a local guide at the entrance who can take you to the destination.
