From Fajardo, head to the main bus terminal located near Plaza de Fajardo. Look for the bus that is headed towards Luquillo. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Balneario La Monserrate. Once you arrive, you will need to walk a short distance along Carretera 3 heading west until you see the entrance to the beach on your right.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from any location in Fajardo. Simply request the driver to take you to Balneario La Monserrate in Luquillo, located at 97MC+437, Carretera 3. The ride should take about 20 minutes depending on traffic.

Walking
If you are staying near the waterfront in Fajardo, you can enjoy a scenic walk to Luquillo Beach. Head west along the coast on Route 987, following the shoreline. After about 2 miles, merge onto Carretera 3 and continue walking until you reach Balneario La Monserrate on your left. This walk will take around 45 minutes, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes.
