From the main square in Isabela, head southwest along Calle José de Diego. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Avenida Mendez Vigo. Turn right onto Avenida Mendez Vigo and walk for another 500 meters. You'll see Plaza Plácido Acevedo on your left at 412 C. Progreso, Aguadilla.

Locate the nearest bus stop in Isabela. Take the bus heading towards Aguadilla. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the stop nearest to 412 C. Progreso. Once you get off, walk about 200 meters to reach Plaza Plácido Acevedo.
