From any location in Luquillo, walk to the nearest bus stop on Route 3 where you can catch a public bus heading towards Río Grande. The bus number to look for is 'D53'. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Río Grande, disembark at the stop closest to Road 191.
