Walking

If you are at the Luquillo Beach area, head east along the coastline towards La Pared Beach. Follow the sandy path and keep the ocean on your left. Continue walking for about 15-20 minutes until you reach a small road called Cll Herminio Diaz Navarro. Turn left onto Cll Herminio Diaz Navarro and walk for about 5 minutes. You will see Surfing Puerto Rico located at A2 -B on your right.
Public Transportation

From the main bus stop in Luquillo, take the public car or 'carro publico' heading towards Fajardo. Inform the driver you want to go to La Pared Beach. After a short ride (about 10-15 minutes), get off at the closest stop to La Pared Beach. From there, walk towards the beach and turn left onto Cll Herminio Diaz Navarro. Surfing Puerto Rico will be on your left after a 5-minute walk.
