Walking
If you are in the center of Manatí, start by heading east on Calle José de Diego towards Calle Degetau. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with PR-2. Turn left onto PR-2 and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass local shops and restaurants. After reaching the junction with PR-647, turn right. Continue walking on PR-647 for about 1 kilometer until you see signs for La Poza de las Mujeres. Follow the signs and you will arrive at the beach.

Public Bus
From the central bus station in Manatí, take the bus heading to Barceloneta. Confirm with the driver that they stop at PR-647. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you reach PR-647, disembark and follow the signs towards La Poza de las Mujeres, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local shops in downtown Manatí. From the rental shop, head east on Calle José de Diego towards Calle Degetau, then turn left onto PR-2. Cycle along the road for about 1.5 kilometers, then turn right onto PR-647. Continue for another kilometer until you reach La Poza de las Mujeres. There are bike racks available at the beach for your convenience.
