If you're starting from the center of Manatí, head southwest on PR-2 (Carr. #2). Continue walking for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Calle La Esperanza. Turn left onto Calle La Esperanza and walk for approximately 600 meters. The entrance to Hacienda La Esperanza - Para La Naturaleza will be on your right at 616 Calle La Esperanza.

From the Manatí Plaza, look for the local bus service (guagua) that operates along PR-2 (Carr. #2). Board the bus heading towards Bayamón. After about 10 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at the intersection of Calle La Esperanza. Once you get off, walk down Calle La Esperanza for about 600 meters, and the entrance to Hacienda La Esperanza - Para La Naturaleza will be on your right at 616 Calle La Esperanza.
