If you are in the center of Manatí, start at Plaza de Manatí. Head west on Calle San Sebastián towards Calle José de Diego. When you reach Calle José de Diego, turn right and continue until you reach the intersection with Calle Degetau. Turn left onto Calle Degetau and follow it until you reach the intersection with PR-2 (Carretera #2). Cross the street carefully and look for the bus stop on the opposite side. Take the public bus (Guagua) that heads towards Barceloneta. Let the driver know that you are going to La Poza de las Mujeres, and he will let you know when to get off. Once you arrive at the nearest bus stop, walk towards the coastline, and follow the signs leading to Tierras Nuevas Poniente. You may need to ask locals for further directions to reach La Poza de las Mujeres.

Rent a bicycle in Manatí and start from the Plaza de Manatí. Head towards Calle San Sebastián and continue to Calle José de Diego.
