If you're driving from the South Region, take PR-2 northbound towards the town of Lares. Follow PR-2 until you reach the junction for PR-129. Take the exit onto PR-129 and continue driving for approximately 19 kilometers. The entrance to Cavernas del Rio Camuy National Park will be on your right. Look for the park signage along the road. Be mindful of local traffic rules and conditions as you drive.

To reach Cavernas del Rio Camuy National Park using public transportation, you will first need to take a bus or colectivo (shared taxi) from the main bus terminal in Ponce to Lares.
