You will see signs indicating the direction to Túnel Guaniquilla. The tunnel is located at the coordinates 18.046234, -67.1905368. Look for parking areas nearby, as there may be limited spaces.

For those using public transportation, you can take the public bus service from major towns in the South Region to Cabo Rojo. Look for the bus labeled 'Cabo Rojo' (usually departing from San Juan or Ponce).
