If you are traveling by car, start from Isabel Segunda, the main town in Vieques. Head south on PR-201 for about 5 miles. At the intersection, turn left onto PR-200 and continue for approximately 3.5 miles until you reach PR-144. Turn right onto PR-144 and drive for about 2 miles. La Piedra Escrita will be located on your right at Km. 7.3. There is a small parking area available.

To reach La Piedra Escrita using public transportation, take the public 'guagua' (van) from Isabel Segunda to the area near PR-144. Ask the driver to drop you off at the intersection of PR-200 and PR-144. From there, it's about a 1-mile walk along PR-144 to La Piedra Escrita.
