From Providence, take I-195 E toward Cape Cod. Merge onto I-95 S and continue for about 25 miles. Take exit 30 for RI-138 E toward Jamestown/Newport. Once in Newport, follow RI-238 S (Memorial Blvd) to the intersection with Ochre Point Ave. Turn right onto Ochre Point Ave, and The Breakers will be on your left.
