From Providence, take I-195 E toward Cape Cod. Merge onto I-95 S and continue for about 25 miles. Take exit 30 for RI-138 E toward Jamestown/Newport. Continue on RI-138 E, crossing the Jamestown Bridge. Follow signs to Newport. Once in Newport, follow RI-238 S (Memorial Blvd) to the intersection with Ochre Point Ave. Turn right onto Ochre Point Ave, and The Breakers will be on your left. There is a parking fee of approximately $10 for the on-site parking.
