    If you're driving from the Old Harbor area in Block Island, start by heading southwest on Ocean Avenue. Continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Chapel Street. Turn left onto Chapel Street. After about 0.3 miles, turn right onto West Side Road, which will eventually connect you to the ferry terminal. From there, take the ferry to Newport. Once you arrive in Newport, exit the ferry and follow America's Cup Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Thames Street. Turn right onto Thames Street and then take a left onto Memorial Boulevard. Continue on Memorial Boulevard until you reach Ochre Point Avenue. The Breakers will be on your left at 44 Ochre Point Ave.
