Bus
From East Greenwich, walk to the nearest bus stop on Main Street. Take the RIPTA #60 bus towards Newport. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes and get off at the Newport Gateway Center. From there, transfer to the #67 bus towards Ocean Drive and get off at the Ochre Point Ave stop. The Breakers will be a short walk from the bus stop, located at 44 Ochre Point Ave.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from a local rental shop in East Greenwich. Head west on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 and follow the road until you reach the signs for Newport. Once in Newport, follow Memorial Boulevard until you reach Ochre Point Ave. Turn left onto Ochre Point Ave, and The Breakers will be located at 44 Ochre Point Ave.
Walking
If you enjoy walking and are up for a longer trek, start at the center of East Greenwich and walk towards the waterfront on Main Street. From Main Street, take a right onto Division Street and then left onto Route 1. Walk along the path towards Newport, which will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you reach Newport, continue to Memorial Boulevard, then turn onto Ochre Point Ave. Walk until you reach The Breakers at 44 Ochre Point Ave.
