If you're driving from the center of Warwick, take I-95 South towards New York City. Stay on I-95 for about 25 miles. Take exit 3 for RI-138 East towards Jamestown/Newport. Continue on RI-138 East for approximately 10 miles. Follow the signs to Newport and merge onto US-1 South. After about 3 miles, take the exit for RI-138 East again. Continue on RI-138 for about 4 miles until you reach Newport. Once in Newport, follow the signs for Ocean Drive. Turn left onto Ochre Point Avenue. The Breakers will be on your right at 44 Ochre Point Ave, Newport, RI 02840. Parking is available nearby.

If you're using public transportation, start by taking the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) bus route 14 from downtown Providence to Newport. The bus will take you directly to Newport, which takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at the Newport Gateway Center, transfer to bus route 67 towards the Easton’s Beach. Get off at the stop labeled 'Ochre Point Avenue'. From there, it's approximately a 10-minute walk to The Breakers. Head down Ochre Point Avenue, and you will find The Breakers at 44 Ochre Point Ave, Newport, RI 02840.
