    To reach Gooseberry Beach from central Pawtucket, start by walking to the nearest bus stop on Main St. and transit to the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) bus service. You can take bus #60 towards Newport. After approximately 45 minutes, get off at the stop on Wickham Rd. at the intersection with Ocean Ave. From there, walk south on Ocean Ave for about 0.5 miles (around 10 minutes) until you reach Gooseberry Beach at 130 Ocean Ave.

    If you prefer to bike, rent a bike from a local rental shop in Pawtucket. Start by heading south on Main St. towards Newport Ave. Follow Newport Ave until you merge onto the East Bay Bike Path, which leads towards Bristol. Continue on the bike path for about 10 miles, enjoying the scenic views. When you reach the intersection with Ocean Ave, turn left and ride for another 1.5 miles to Gooseberry Beach.
