Getting There

Bus
From central Warwick, head to the nearest bus stop and take the RIPTA Route 60 bus towards Newport. Stay on the bus until you reach the Newport Gateway Center. From there, transfer to the Route 67 bus towards Ocean Drive. Get off at the Gooseberry Beach stop. The beach entrance will be a short walk from the bus stop.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, start at the Warwick City Hall and head southeast on Post Rd. Follow the bike lanes along Post Rd until you reach the intersection with East Greenwich Ave. Turn right onto East Greenwich Ave and continue until you reach Route 1. Follow Route 1 south and then take the exit for Newport. Once in Newport, use the bike lanes to navigate to Ocean Ave, where Gooseberry Beach is located. The beach entrance will be visible as you approach.

If you're up for a walk, start from the Warwick City Park. Walk south on Warwick Ave towards Post Rd. Turn left onto Post Rd, then right onto Airport Rd. Continue walking until you reach the bus terminal. From the terminal, you can take the RIPTA Route 60 bus to Newport. Once in Newport, after getting off at the Newport Gateway Center, transfer to Route 67 and ride to Gooseberry Beach. The beach is just a short walk from the bus stop.
