Once you arrive in Newport, get off at the stop closest to 'Newport Gateway Center'. From there, transfer to the #67 bus that heads towards 'Ocean Drive'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Brenton Point State Park' stop. The park entrance will be a short walk from the bus stop.

Take the MBTA commuter rail from Providence to South Station in Boston. From South Station, take a train towards Newport. Once you arrive in Newport, you will need to take the #67 bus from the Newport Gateway Center towards 'Ocean Drive'. After about a 10-minute ride, get off at the 'Brenton Point State Park' stop, which is a short walk to the park entrance.
