If you are in downtown Westerly, start at the Westerly Train Station. Exit the station and head west on Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with High Street. Turn left onto High Street and follow it until you reach the end, then turn right onto Beach Street. Walk straight for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Ocean Avenue. Turn left onto Ocean Avenue, and after a short walk, you will find Gooseberry Beach at 130 Ocean Ave. The beach entrance will be on your left.

Bicycle
If you prefer to ride a bike, start at the Westerly Train Station and head west on Main Street. Follow the same route as walking until you reach Beach Street. Turn right onto Beach Street and continue biking straight for about 1 mile. When you reach Ocean Avenue, turn left, and Gooseberry Beach will be on your left after a short ride.

From the Westerly Train Station, catch the RIPTA bus route 67 towards Newport. Remain on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Ocean Ave at Gooseberry Beach' stop. From there, the beach will be a short walk ahead. Just follow the signs toward Gooseberry Beach.
