If you are in Yawgoo Valley Ski Area, start by heading north on Yawgoo Valley Road. Continue onto Route 138 E. Follow Route 138 E for about 10 miles until you reach the junction with Route 1 S. Merge onto Route 1 S and continue for approximately 12 miles. Take the exit towards Newport and merge onto Route 138 E. Follow this road for another 6 miles, and then take the exit for Bellevue Avenue. Turn left onto Bellevue Avenue and continue for about 1 mile. The Redwood Library and Athenaeum will be on your right at 50 Bellevue Ave, Newport, RI 02840.

To reach the Redwood Library and Athenaeum using public transportation from Yawgoo Valley Ski Area, first, find the nearest bus stop that services the RIPTA (Rhode Island Public Transit Authority). Take the bus route 14 towards Newport. This route will take you directly to Newport. Once you arrive in Newport, disembark at the stop closest to Bellevue Avenue. From there, walk north along Bellevue Avenue, which is about a 15-minute walk. The library will be located on your right at 50 Bellevue Ave, Newport, RI 02840.
