From Yawgoo Valley Ski Area, head southeast on Yawgoo Valley Road toward Route 102. Turn left onto Route 102 South. Follow Route 102 for approximately 8 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 138. Merge onto Route 138 East. Continue for about 10 miles until you reach Newport. As you enter Newport, follow signs for Ocean Drive. Turn right onto Ochre Point Avenue. The Breakers will be on your right at 44 Ochre Point Ave, Newport, RI 02840. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee.
