Getting There

• Public Transport

  If you are starting from the city center of Baia Mare, head to the main bus station located at Strada Gării. From there, take a bus towards Sighetu Marmației. Buses frequently depart every 30 minutes. The ride will take approximately 1 hour. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to stop at Strada Mihai Eminescu, which is near Mill Garden Park. Once you arrive at the stop, walk towards Strada Mihai Eminescu; the park entrance will be a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

• Walking

  If you are closer to the central park area in Baia Mare, you can walk to the bus station at Strada Gării. After arriving there via public transport or walking, follow the previous instructions to catch a bus to Sighetu Marmației. Once you arrive at Strada Mihai Eminescu, walk directly towards the park, which is located at the address 97 on Mihai Eminescu. It’s a pleasant stroll once you reach the area.

• Taxi

  For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from anywhere in Baia Mare. You can easily hail a taxi or use a ridesharing app. Provide the driver with the destination address: Strada Mihai Eminescu 97, Sighetu Marmației. The taxi ride will take about 45 minutes, depending on traffic. This is a convenient option if you are traveling with luggage or prefer a quicker journey.
