Getting There

    From the main bus station in Brașov (Autogara 2), take a bus towards Cheia. Buses to Cheia run several times a day. Make sure to check the schedule at the station. The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours. When you arrive at the Cheia bus station, exit the bus and turn left. Walk straight for about 10 minutes along the main road until you see the signs for Cheia Monastery on your right.

  • Train and Bus

    Start from Brașov train station. Take a train to the nearest station to Cheia, which is the Zărnești train station. The train ride lasts about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Zărnești, exit the train station and look for the bus stop nearby. Take a bus towards Cheia from there. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Cheia bus station, walk for about 10 minutes along the main road to reach Cheia Monastery.
