From Poiana Brasov, head northwest on Strada Poiana Soarelui towards DJ112E. Turn left onto DJ112E and continue for about 7 km. When you reach Timișu de Jos, turn left onto Strada Canionului. Follow this road until you reach the parking area for Seven Ladders Canyon. Note that there is a parking fee of around 5 RON to park your car.

To reach Seven Ladders Canyon via public transport, take a bus from Poiana Brasov to Brașov. The bus departs from the main bus station in Poiana Brasov.
